  • Do we imprint on provided items?

    No, we cannot provide imprint services on provided items. This protects us and our customers.


    If an item is damaged during the imprint process, we cannot replace the item. By allowing us to supply the garment or product we are able to guarantee the product and imprint.

  • Do you require a minimum order?

    Orders for embroidered items require a minimum of 6 pieces.


    For silk screened orders we require 1 dozen pieces per color in the logo with a minimum order of 24.


    Promotional products vary by item and decoration specs.

  • What are your lead times and if needed do you offer rush services?

    Typical lead times are 10 business days. During our peak season, July-November, it could reach 15 days. We can offer rush services for a fee however we cannot offer 1 or 2 day turnaround. For rush, orders must be submitted and approved by noon. Orders or approvals received after that time will be processed the following day.
