 Schmid Embroidery is a family owned business that was established in 1982 by the Schmid Family. The company was acquired by Jerry Assessor (Assessor & Associates) in 2008 and remains committed to providing customers with the highest quality products and service in the industry. With over 25 years digitizing experience, Hans Schmid, remains an integral part of our organization. Hans has a great eye for design and is always available to work with clients to ensure their logo looks its best when used on embroidered articles.In January 2010, Atlantic Embroidery & Design was acquired to serve the Williamsburg, Hampton Roads market.Our capabilities includes 60 embroidery heads available for production and an annual capacity in excess of 100,000 pieces. Early in 2010, Myra Zolynsky joined our sales force in Farmington Hills, Michigan, servicing the midwest region. Myra is actively involved with USA Hockey as District 4 Registrar, Treasurer of the Hockey has Heart Foundation and the Huron High School Varsity Equestrian Coach. In December of 2010 the Schmid facility was relocated to our new state of the art facility in Sandston, Virginia located near the Richmond International Airport.
